Kevin King Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Posted October 16, 2007 Great, awesome work!Ok...so is it a big secret on how you did the woodgrain or is it something you would share with us? Kevin Thanks for the compliments everyone. The woodgrain, I freehand with a swivel knife, you can't really screw it up, because woodgrain is kinda random anyway. Most of the cool look comes from the finishing. Using airbrush, I randomly spray with the grain feibings buckskin, then feibings med brown, then higlighter. Quote
steveb Posted October 16, 2007 Report Posted October 16, 2007 The outside is sweet- but it is the interior I am most impressed with as well was the edge binding - can you share your tech for the edging an building of the interior - really came out nice, I have trouble getting that nice a taliored look to my work...youve got it nailed steveb Quote

Contributing Member Regis Posted October 17, 2007 Contributing Member Report Posted October 17, 2007 Kevin, How do you trim the (lamb?)border on the inside. Do you cut it with knife or sissor after you sew? Or do you trim to fit and glue down and then sew? Or???? Thanks Regis Quote
