Actually . . . I don't need the full saddlebag pattern . . . just the part that goes behind the rider . . . The distance between the two bags is one dimension I need the width of the top . . . at the center is a second dimension AND . . . the radius of the half circle cut out to ride up against the saddle . . . The rest is a no brainer . . . I want to make a set of saddlebags for a project . . . and maybe sell them later . . . just want them to be of the right dimensions that someone having a horse would want to buy them. Pattern is an amalgamation of some free pattern/image references with modification. Posted the same in the Show Off topic and getting good feedback. Going to revise and try again at some point as well. Feel free to use for personal projects.

Just trying to see if anyone has had any amount of luck with designing on tablet software (preferably android). I used to use photoshop on my computer but haven't had access to it for a little while now and since my tablet has a stylus i thought maybe there is something out there i could get ahold of and draw my patterns/designs on. Most of my stuff since has been done the old school way of pen/pencil and paper but i also like to save ALL of my designs and found that its starting to become an issue housing and keeping track of everything so I'm trying to kind of consolidate everything that i can pull up and print if needed. Hi all.. Can anyone explain how to fit custom spur straps and cowboy cuffs? I can find a ton of free patterns on the web, but none show fitting explanation… I found formula .. I tried it and came out smaller then a child size.. This was using my sizing? I’m not looking for pattern or template.. Just an explanation on sizing.. Thanks

Does anyone have a good source of acylic templates for spur straps.. I did google but looking for ones that people trust . I am going to work on spur straps not really keyfobs and such...I'm retired and not really gong to sell till I get good at them.. Thanks

This is a very famous religious painting by Alfred Soord, and I vaguely seem to recall seeing it somewhere as a leather working pattern. I've checked the patterns I have saved to my computer, but it's not there. Can anyone direct me to a source?

hello wantin to make a friend a leather hat yet I am not sure how to break down circumference of there head to be albe to make a pattern, any tips on how one breaks it down into how long & wide to make the pattern? not finding any info here when did search and not seeing anythng online other that how to know your hat size yet nothing on how pattern is made.

I've done a ton of holsters in my 20+ years of leather working. Never had anyone want one for a derringer. This is a double barreled 410 / 45LC . . . over and under . . . double barrel.
