    Very nice! I'd like to see a picture of that sheath looking down into it from the top with out the knife inside. Also what weight of leather did you make this out of?

    Looks fantastic to me. I'm amazed at how well the basket stamping looks also. Its hard for me to perfectly line up the tool with the previous stamp for uniformity, but you got it perfect! The deer is also sharp looking lots of detail. I wouldn't know where to begin to carve something like that. You said modeling tool? You did that whole deer with just a modeling tool?

    Like the color of that sheath and the Damascus steel on the blade is nice as well. Mind you I'm in the infancy stage of learning and working leather. However I have managed to do some edge burnishing with some heavy canvas and saddle soap. But man you want to talk about a workout! Getting better at it as I go.

    Very nice work. What weight of leather did you use? That is a lanyard knot. Fairly simple to tie and looks nice as well.
