Hey I was interested to find out what you thought about the panhandle leather hermann oak side you said you were buying. I am about to purchase a side from them but wanted to get some input before I did

Sounds good, I am up in the air whether to even try them out. I used Hide house last time and it was probably about 25$ more than it would be to use panhandle so might not be worth the trouble if you had problems with it

I'm cutting 7 inch by 7 inch squares and they have to be pretty clean so if they did something like that to you I would really be rolling the dice

Maybe my deal was a one-off screw up? Ken Nelson on this forum recommended them, so I tried. The second side they sent was ok. If you buy from them, let me know your satisfaction. --John
