  1. I'm looking for a very small oval, or more like football, shaped seeder. The old Tandy number is a 6628. If anyone has one and is willing to part with it, I would be interested in purchasing it. I've been scouring the internet for the last year or so and cannot find it except for listings that are "Sold Out". Surely someone out there has one of these.
  2. Thanks. I use GIMP a lot for my design work. Bit of a learning curve but it's user friendly a best of all it's free. I pick a flower, a leaf or two, move 'em around then use other elements to fill in the big gaps and the rest is vinework. Build yourself a library of elements like scrolls, curls, folded vine leaves, furls, etc. And just size em to fit. Lot harder to just start from scratch. I have over a hundred flower types in my library.
  3. Appreciate the kind words.
  4. Made my first bill for a ball cap. I ended up making several designs while I was at it. More to come later. I also made a "special" Bible cover for my brother's birthday this coming Saturday. First time using acrylic paints. I think I'll use a "2 hair" brush next time to get really clean edges on the cross. The bookmark is kind of a bonus thing to match the cover. Christmas will be a matching belt with the same design as the bookmark.
  5. Thanks for the kind words. I formed a disk over a homemade mold, stamped my logo then made a small stand with some scrap plywood and a short piece of 2x2. I already had the holes punched in the cup but used an awl to punch each hole in the bottom as I stitched it. Made a special tool to support the bottom piece as I punched each hole. Real pain in the rear but I learned a few things in the process. If I get any more orders for these I'll post a pic of the bottoms.
  6. Thank you. Now I have another project to add to MY list....a rolling tray.
  7. This chick would probably fall into the chaotic evil crowd but thanks for the comments. I have several templates for dragons if you like that motif. Pm me with your email and I'll send 'em your way.
  8. Thank you. I was quite pleased with the way it turned out too.
  9. A gamer asked me to make some dragon themed dice cups. It took her a minute or two to notice the french nails....er.. claws.
  10. Had a rush order last week and had to drop other projects to finish it in time. Lots of tiny work. I use a pair of magnifying clip-on glasses and a 150 lumen headlamp to chase off the shadows from my fat fingers. At 70 years old I don't see so well anyway. A few boo-boos here and there but the customer was very happy and that's what counts.
  11. I know this post is old, but I'm interested in the 8322 desert prickly pear cactus 3D stamp.
  12. Been there, done that. Checked every listing and he doesn't have either one of these. Thanks for the reference.
  13. I saw that listing as well but it's listed as SOLD.
  14. I bought one from the Czech republic but you can also find it here... https://www.etsy.com/shop/Toolpaw
  15. I've been scouring the internet trying to find these two old Tandy 3D stamps. By any chance, does anyone have these and be willing to part with them or perhaps point me to where I might find them?
  16. I've looked at all the JW stamps for sale at Weaver Supply and I have a sheet showing 196 different stamps by Wayne J. Nothing comes close. Barry King makes a diamond shape very similar but not this four point star. This is bugging me to death. I would really like to get my hands on one of these for some reason.
  17. I ran across this while surfing and thought it was a Barry King tool. I didn't find it on the website but it may be one that has been discontinued. Anyone have a clue?
  18. WOW! That's it....just WOW!
  19. Suh................weet!
  20. Very nice! I like the multi-tool designs you came up with. May have to steal the big one for some coasters.
  21. This was a very small Bible so I just used 4-5 oz. Thanks everyone for the kind words.
