Hi! We've been at it again and this is what came out. It's made out of 3 oz veg tan and stuffed with a full polyester pillow. Everything is hand stitched and dyed just as you like it. We have a video for it if you'd like to take a look and of course the pattern which can be found at our website.

If you'll make this one first then the egg will seem much easier so perhaps you should build them the other way around. They're both fun projects and you should be prepared to part with them quickly after finishing. We already had several offers for ours. I guess we're accustomed to declining after we resisted selling the facehugger mask several times. Thank you very much for supporting our work and we really hope you'll be having fun.

Thank you! It really was a lot of stitching but It made everything we made so far much much easier. I guess that's how one pushes oneself.

Facehugger egg backpack pattern

Thank you sir! -
Who says an egg can only be cooked or laid and not be carried on your back while turning heads at the mall ? For those unacquainted with the Alien franchise, this is the egg that spawns the facehugger, made into a backpack. For everyone else who already made the mask, this is a must have accessory and about the same amount of work. The pattern and more info here

Hello everyone! This is our latest bag pattern meant to hold laptops and large books. It's designed with the mind of holding a Mac in the middle sleeve and a 15 inch laptop in one of the other compartments. The two front pockets can fit phones, chargers, a mouse or any other accessories. We used vegetable tanned leather of which about one square meter went in. The pattern and more info can be found on our website along with the rest of our stuff. Happy new year!

The whiter is stuffed and made out of pre dyed 3 - 5 oz while the other one is hollow 5 - 6 oz veg tan hand dyed. It was requested by a very nice lady who has a knack for penguins and received a lot of love from kids. The pattern is in the shop. PS: Don't mind the title lol

We had quite some fun making these and a nice nostalgia trip as well. We have a lot of 5-6 oz veg tan scraps laying around which would be a shame to throw away. Here's how we made them and here's the pattern

Lo and behold, the leather Jack O'Lantern with pattern and tutorial just in time for Halloween. Time to redeem your souls for all the pumpkins that suffered by your kitchen knives!

My daily commute backpack got a bit of an upgrade and a new pattern and video tutorial.

Hi! So I uploaded this a couple of days ago and got it taken down. Asked why for, didn't received an answer. An error perhaps? Anyway here it is again, our take on the facehugger mask. You can watch it being made here

In our quest for diversifying the craft and because we were commissioned for a biker hip bag, we came up with this design that didn't get too much love from the crafting community. I suspect it's the grumpy face that keeps people away :D. In any case it was a very fun and challenging project and we're proud to present it whenever the chance occurs.

Thank you sir!

Thank you! It won't fit my head but here are some with its actual owner :D

Straying further away from the traditional applications of leather we tried something new and while not particularly useful, this was a challenging project which pushed our skills a bit further. We used 7 oz for the mask and 6 oz veg tan for the horns. The mask is also wet formed in the nose and cheeks area and the teeth have also been modeled a bit. TL;DR, here's how we did it.

The longer strap fastens the flap on the vertical side and the smaller ones secure it on the horizontal. The leather is reinforced at the end of the long strap because I didn't use veg tan and there's no chance it can come off without unfastening the small strap that's sewn on top of it ( which slides through that loop pretty tight ). What you get is a flap that won't move sideways nor will it wobble while the bag is being held by the handle ( I have a problem with those ). It's a really functional build and any extra accessories would be just for decor. I aimed for a bag that uses little to no hardware and this is what I came up with. I carry my 17" laptop in it and it's just fine. I really love your wonderful work!
