  1. It is the Tandy dispatch rider pattern. I added 3 inches to the back panel so the flap would fold over appropriately with the increased thickness. Doubled the gussets to add in the divider. Kelly
  2. Son took it to school. He took these, not great pictures.
  3. Thanks guys! It is a pre dyed 7-8 oz veg tan, with chap leather gussets and 1 divider. Based off the Tandy pattern with modifications. Not fancy but a fun project for my son to take to college. Kelly
  4. Thanks. It is off Don’s pattern. I think I will try down sizing the next one just a bit. Kelly
  5. Shedhunter would take picture, but purse has moved out of state. Great video on Don Gonzalez YouTube that explains in detail. Good luck Kelly
  6. Jack Iagree they are night and day different than the craft tools. They cut deeper and make very distinct bevels. Give them a little chance and you will love them. If not send them my way:) I took a class from Cary Schwarz last year. I ask him what tools I should spend money on, and his first answer was good bevelers. And Barry makes very nice bevelers. Kelly
  7. I would take one at that price.
  8. Very nice!
  9. 2 sided chap purse with twisted fringe I made for my daughter.
  10. Love it!
  11. The other side. LederRudi always appreciate any pointers to improve. Thanks Kelly
  12. DJole not the best but here is one side,
  13. Thanks for the thoughts. Kelly
  14. This is my first purse with a zipper. Modified from a Don Gonzales pattern. Thanks for all the great ideas I have picked up on this forum. Kelly
  15. Finally making the jump to getting my own machine and wondering about cylinder arm length. The only machine I have used is a Ferdco Pro 2000 that has a 16 inch arm. I’m looking at the CB 3200 or Cobra class 3. Would love a class 4 but $$ and already stretching budget. Mostly making chaps, portfolios, and western purses with tooled yokes. Looking for thoughts on the extra length when going around the yoke if I’m going to get jammed up with the shorter cylinder arm. TIA Kelly
