Russian mosin nagant ammo drill a hole on what ever you choose that is the size of the sides of the brass case. The thickness of the template is 1/4”. Or adjust as needed cut the brass, punch hole in leather I use a acorn brass nut screwed onto a threaded bold to flare the case out you will have to modify the angle of the acorn nut to get the desired flare hammer flat after flaring use fired shells Quote
