Thanks... I do leather work as a hobby and side hustle. It all started about 2.5 years ago with a belt I made in trade for the excess materials from the build. From there it has just grown... Ive now got nearly $1000 worth of hides (from horse to kangaroo) in my bedroom. I have several pieces of my work walking around Idaho (locally to where I live), Michigan, Arizona, and now Texas.

Still needs to be antiqued before final assembly.

Very good tooling. The contrast between the floral and the circular backgrounding is superb. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

One mostly complete Golf Ball Sleeve...

I still need to attach a small clasp for hanging it from a golf bag. Thats what the 3/4 bag punch in the back is for. It's also the first piece to carry my makers mark stamp.

Golf balls go in the top amd can be squeezed out the slot in the bottom.

Pattern available from DG Saddlery.

Very nice. And a great job with the tooling. I saw this design somewhere else a while ago. I think that the template was for sale.  It's a very clever design.  What thickness leather does you use?

I used a 6/7 oz leather... But the pattern calls for a 4/5 oz leather, to compensate for this I skived the area around the slot in the bottom down to about 4/5 oz .

Finally got a chance to go pick up the last piece of hardware for the Golf Ball Sleeve... The clasp to hang it from a golf bag.
