DBV Report post Posted February 4, 2024 (edited) Quite a few years ago I made wrist cuff for my neighbor. I used the Tandy eco flow products. When I took it over to present it was slightly splotchy raining and there were a bunch of dots on the cuff where the raindrops hit. Ruined the finish. That is the problem with a water based dye.
