AlainaZ Report post Posted May 9 Can anyone recommend a heavy-duty snap? I just bought some snaps from Buckleguy but they aren't anywhere near strong enough and I don't want to have to keep buying samples. This is for a body harness (as well as motorcycle gear) and will take a moderate amount of stress. Thanks in advance!
DieselTech Report post Posted May 9 (edited) Look up heavy duty D.O.T snaps. Lol I think that's right. They are fairly high priced. Edited May 9 by DieselTech

With some snaps hitting the center piece harder will make it harder to pull apart.

Hmmm.... Will standard snap setting tools a person already has work with these, or will they require the pricey tools listed with them?

DieselTech Report post Posted May 12 Another fastner you might look into. Is the LOXX fasteners. Idk if you can use something like them. But they sure are nice.
