Cowboy cb3200 needle hitting presser foot

Hi, I have recently noticed that my needle is hitting the backside of the hole in the presser foot.  I initially noticed it when I could hear a sound of something dragging when the needle pulled back through the leather and it ended up being a significant burr on the end of the needle.  I replaced the needle and it was no time that I heard the same sound and the new needle had a burr. That’s when I got to looking and found the needle too far to the back of the hole in the presser foot.  Is there a way to adjust the needle forward?  I can’t see any adjustments for this, see the attached picture.

I would say your presser foot got bent. I don't know that for sure. But that is my guess. 

I guess your needle bar could be slightly bent, but really doubt that.

This thread is about adjusting the walking feet. Uwe has a video posted and his stuff is usually pretty detailed. Maybe this will give you some food for thought until someone swoops in with the answer.

Look at the manual for centering the needle in the inner foot.  That may be off.  I would check that first with the stitch length set at 0.

Since the needlebar & foot bar ride in the same casting there's no adjustment,my guess is the foot is bent ,you can either try to bend it backwards alittle or grind it out w/a Dremel of get a new one.
