It was from a Tandy kit.

The next one , I'll cut out from a pattern.

those kits are fun for starting and learning alot too. if you did the carving, it looks real nice.

if youre going to make holster from scratch, there are some DVDs and books out there that will give you some good pointers.

Looks great! This is why I am just starting leather work. I made one of the Tandy knife sheath kits today, and my dream project is to make an "old west" rig for my Colt SAA.

Question, do you think the holster in this kit can be made for a lefty? I wouldn't mind trying out the kit before doing one completely from scratch. Thanks.
