Members Tina Posted July 1, 2009 Members Report Posted July 1, 2009 So, another purse I started last winter. The braiding got me on this one plus some edges is NOT where i want them to be...The blue lining leather (lamb) is way to fragile for making gazillions of holes in. As usual it is colored with Angelus spirit dyes and some acrylic paint in black and white. Anyways, here it is I hope you enjoy:-) Quote
TomSwede Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 Abselutely beautiful sis!! One thing pops into my mind though, what if you had mixed some of the same blue as the lining into the waves?? Still gorgeous as ever and one of a kind. I sure wish to see your purses up close and "live", the way you paint your work is really vivid and solid. Tom Quote

MADMAX22 Posted July 2, 2009 Report Posted July 2, 2009 Great looking purse Tina. Everytime I see your stuff makes me wanna play with the acrylics that I have sitting on the shelf. Quote
Contributing Member ClayB Posted July 2, 2009 Contributing Member Report Posted July 2, 2009 Hi Tina, These last couple of projects are so much fun. I had been wondering what ever happened with the little fishies. A person can look at your patterns for a long time and just keep seeing more things in them and your coloring is just awesome!!! Quote

Be brave and just dive in to it, head first and mind gone:-) Hi Tina,These last couple of projects are so much fun. I had been wondering what ever happened with the little fishies. A person can look at your patterns for a long time and just keep seeing more things in them and your coloring is just awesome!!! Hi Clay, I thought you would recognize them:-) I finally got the braiding done, I really did not want to touch it for quite some time, braiding and my patience is somewhat not synchronized to well. The whole purse pattern is an original too so I had to make pieces as I whent along and it was also rather time consuming. Now I'm of to finish the last half made project, I hope to have it made by next week or so:-) Quote
TomSwede Posted July 2, 2009 Report Posted July 2, 2009 Hey sis, can I bother you with asking for a pic from the side. The C mark distorts the little I can see. Tom Quote
