Members bustedlifter Posted June 30, 2008 Members Report Posted June 30, 2008 (edited) Nice work on the seat BUT the skull and crossed pistons resemble Outlaw MC colors quite alot. Unless they're members, maybe too close for comfort. Edited June 30, 2008 by bustedlifter Quote

BTW... .something that made this one really interesting........... i decided to chuck the drive punch up in my little drill press to make all the holes and don't you know it!!! the darn thing spit grease out all over the seat!! i ran it on the lowest speed and it's just hot enough here that some grease ran out and got slung everywhere!!! i was lucky that it was fairly clean and too thick to soak in right away :wtf: Quote

David Posted June 30, 2008 Report Posted June 30, 2008 Looks great as usual Roger. Really nice job on the roses. I think I'd have had a fit too if my drill press spit oil on my leather.... It cleaned up great though. Good work Dave Quote
Members chocolateducttape Posted June 30, 2008 Members Report Posted June 30, 2008 Nice tooling, especially on the letters. Wow! Quote
steveb Posted July 3, 2008 Report Posted July 3, 2008 Nice tooling, especially on the letters. Wow! yeah, i agree - the typography really held up shape wise with your tooling and bevelling. I find that oftentimes, my type gets distrorted as i bevel it and "push" the leather around. nice, really nice! Quote
