Really nice Marlon! I really love your edges on this too, and everything else. I've looked at that article a few times and keep thinking I should give it a try. Doubt I could do as nice as yours.

Beautiful carving and stamping work and edges. Is it my computer screen or is the background dye weeping up into your beautiful carving?

Lovely work, Rawhide..love the stamping and the tooling you've done on it..

What lining does it have?

Oh and you need to work on those edges... (joke.!!) :)

Please do not adjust your computer screen...there is nothing wrong! the background dye did bleed. I think I know why, but I will have to try some things to verify.

Such a shame that it bled, but it is still a beautiful piece of work. The depth on those flowers makes my hands itch to hold it, and I love the little scrolls you cut down the middle ribbon.

I used to be an Eagle, a good ol' Eagle too...

I use antique stain for the background it seems not to run or bleed so much you may want to try that... and how did you do your edges???
