Members Aurelie Posted March 5, 2013 Members Report Posted March 5, 2013 Hi guys!, i know there are a bunch of cell phone cases around.... I thought i was going to show the last one i did for a special order just because it finally turns out WAY better than what i was expecting! 1 mistake i would not do in the future => the "rose" stamp is really "Sh***y" i used it on the past on a belt and found that it did not "stamp" nice, deep and good..... but here it 's even worse .....and i think , partly because of the molding of the leather .... so as said up there : molded case on a Samsung Galaxy 3 dummy (thanks Hubby for carving the dummy in a block of wood ) antiqued some strass, barbed wire and roses for a girly girl :D finished with some skidmore's leather cream I really like this smooth and shiny aspect + the stitching (sewing machine) and even if i find the Galaxy 3 to be as big as a fridge...it does not hinder anything while hung at the belt (and i would not have bet my bra on it! ) Quote

Members c2369zulu Posted March 6, 2013 Members Report Posted March 6, 2013 I like that style of case. Nice work! Quote
Members OdinUK Posted May 12, 2013 Members Report Posted May 12, 2013 Thats a very nice case, now I have to make one for mine Quote
Members veedub3 Posted May 12, 2013 Members Report Posted May 12, 2013 When you said the Galaxy was big as a fridge I thought that was funny and didn't realize how big it was until I was shipped the Galaxy 4 from Sprint. WOW this thing is huge compared to my last smartphone. Now it is time for me to make a case for it. I have the otter box for it but that just makes it even larger with all that armor. Hope my case is as nice as yours. Karina Quote
Members Aurelie Posted May 12, 2013 Author Members Report Posted May 12, 2013 Have fun! it's quite easy and does not end up too big compared to the original size Quote
