Just finished this bag for my wife to use instead of a handbag when we're on holiday. 1st project and will take a beating so I've used relatively inexpensive materials hence the dark marks. Thanks to all on leatherworker.net whose e-brains I have picked whilst trying to work out how to do things.

Next project is a briefcase for me which I'd like to get a bit of tooling onto, although I'll need more practice first!

Looks pretty good to me. Stitching looks nice and the overall execution is good.

Same here...very nice looking bag....all natural, sort of rugged looking rustig in a way...like that a lot, let it age for about 20 years or so and you have yourself a family treasure...haha.......good stitching....looks like you burnished some edges and the overall design is well thought....cool....keep it coming....like to see more of your work!!

Very impressive for a first project! That's jumping off the deep end. My first project was a checkbook, and it didn't look that good.

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement.

I showed the pics at work today and already have 2 tentative orders!

Very nice, you look like you've been working leather for a while.
