I've been about as busy as this retired guy wants to be..... I visit so many sites that I sometimes forget to stop by on this one. This is the only leatherworking site that I frequent, but I like to hang out on some of the pistol forums.

Every time I see one of your new holsters, I get depressed. They are so well done that I look at my own latest project attempts with disappointment. Your design is clean and the execution is almost perfect. I do my "snapcakes" styles a little differently, but I sure like the style of yours. Good job!

How do you layout and dye the front side of the straps on the two tone holsters? Any chance you could post a photo of the holster back?

But from one who has "visited" your lovely state many times, . . . that weather you have could make someone truly want to develop an indoor hobby.

Your holster are elegant and beautiful. One nice think about the 1911 is that it lends itself to a more elegant holster. Keep on hanging out on those pistol forums. I think we all hang out on the pistol forums and the leatherworker forum.
