Members DoubleC Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 Would scare the bejeebers out of me in the dark, but awesome work. Cheryl Quote
Members MonicaJacobson Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 Um, wow. Seriously freaky. Though not as much as the ear thing. Amazing work! Quote
Members krappstein Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 (edited) Nice work. Very vivid. Creepy as hell, though. JuanE.T.A.: I just saw a few of your other works in your gallery. They're awesome. There's that 'organic' feel to them, and a somewhat disturbing imagery. Kind of reminds me of Giger and Luis Royo's women. Edited June 21, 2014 by krappstein Quote
Members Samar Posted June 21, 2014 Author Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 Thank you. Why such a reaction? In nature, there is nothing terrible. It's just a cute monkey. )) Why is there now fear? I see only a muzzle and arm. Naturalness and simplicity.))) Quote
Members billybopp Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 Wow. This piece is great, and I'm really glad I looked through your gallery too. Your work is amazingly creative, and belongs in an art museum. Bill Quote
Members DoubleC Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 It's because it's so unexpected and realistic. Monkeys don't usually 'morph' into bags Cheryl Quote
Members Troy Burch Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 Maybe I watched to many horror movies as a kid. That hand coming out just reminds me of some of them. Quote
Members benlilly1 Posted June 21, 2014 Members Report Posted June 21, 2014 That's very cool Samar! There seems to be no limit to what YOU can do with leather! Quote
Members Samar Posted June 22, 2014 Author Members Report Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you. Monkeys don't usually 'morph' into bags Who said that? Possible to do a lot of things. The nature is rich in interesting characters. ) Maybe I watched to many horror movies as a kid. We are all children in one degree or another. )) There seems to be no limit to what YOU can do with leather! Unfortunately there is, but I'm struggling with this. )) Quote
