LeatherLegion Report post Posted December 24, 2017 I end up getting 2 sets or Beagle irons in 3.38m and 3.85mm and i am very happy with them. I might get the 3.0mm for fine stitching ...watch bands and so. They make smaller holer then my previous set which i like ia lot Here is a small card wallet i put together yesterday using the 3.85mm paired with #138 thread . Last picture is the 3.38mm / #138 thread Any comments are more than welcome

ChasCS Report post Posted December 25, 2017 I never saw stitching pricks so sharp. They look like needles at the business ends, dangerous. ;-) Those sure make a nice stitch line... Chas
Sanch Report post Posted December 25, 2017 Okay so I have a question the first picture shows your card holder along with something underneath it it tool of sorts I'm guessing that is a stitching awl? Did you use the pricking irons to mark your stitches and then use the awl or did you use the irons? Either way the stitching looks very clean and tidy great job! And nice looking tools! The awl was used just for the pictures...i was trying to put the card holder in a better angle to eliminate some of the light reflexions . Thanks !
