Here's a belt I just finished for my uncle. Nothin' fancy.

The leather is 9oz and it is not lined so the stitching is decorative (yes, it's machine stitched).

I thought the oval holes were a bit too big and setting the rivets left a few marks but other than that I think it's ok. He pretty much wanted a heavy duty strap of leather to hold his pants up so hopefully it will meet his expectations.  :)

Comments/critique are always welcome.

Thanks for looking!

Your leather skills are developing brilliantly. You’ve really mastered that sewing machine, your stitches look really good!

Have you setup a online shop yet? I think you should think about it. Keep up the good work.

Thank you!

Hopefully, I will have a website soon. I'll put the link on my status when I do.

Great job again, Roland. I hope my little boy takes a liking to leather. He's only 5 right now.

I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with.

Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.

From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Thanks, Mutt!

Just take away his video games and TV and replace them with leather tools. ;)

Roland sometimes you can dampen the leather and use modelling tool to remove the setting  marks...

And nothing wrong with a thick old strap around the waist ...better than across the back side!

More fine work.

Yeah, I think I get the picture... My cousins are gonna hate me for making their dad a heavy duty weapon.
