Members Hanys Posted October 11, 2018 Members Report Posted October 11, 2018 Hello from Czech republic, in the heart of the Europe :). I am 34 years old guy who realised, 3 years back from now, that the leatherworking is really enjoyable hobby. I mainly focus on knife smithing, but leatherwork starts to taking over. Also I have to apologise for my cave man English :). Quote

Members LetterT Posted October 11, 2018 Members Report Posted October 11, 2018 (edited) Those are some nice looking belts, I like the patterns. One day I have to try something like that. Edited October 11, 2018 by LetterT Quote

But most important (IMHO) is leather quality and sturdy buckles (brass or steel in solid profiles. Not those cheap zink alloy buckles ) 18 hours ago, Scoutmom103 said: Nice work on the belts. Thank You. I just started with sheridan style patterns, but have so much to learn before it is OK enough to show it of to the world Quote
Members DJole Posted October 12, 2018 Members Report Posted October 12, 2018 No apologies for your English is needed here. We're looking at the leather, not your grammar or vocabulary! ;-) and you have some nice stuff -- you use the geometric stamps like a master! Quote \D. bikermutt07 Posted October 12, 2018 Report Posted October 12, 2018 Your stuff looks great. That mask is really cool. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

The mask is not based on my design, but I made few alterations and added some brass "accessories". I planning to make a few others in different style. but it depends on what "parts" I will be able to find. Quote
