Certainly have no experience with them but if you read between the lines it appears to be a fairly new company with limited days of operation, hours, etc. I suspect it is simply a delay in processing. I doubt they have any sort of automatic order confirmation, etc. I'd try them by phone until someone answers. koreric75 Report post Posted March 2, 2019 (edited) I believe aaron and a couple others are at the tradeshow in prescott AZ, and they posted on their social media sites they have had much higher volumes of orders with the new product line. I know when i order something from them it takes a bit to get here, but if it's a rush I'd contact them prior to ordering to make sure it's do-able.
