I made an order 10 days ago and I have had zero response from them.  Has anyone else used them?  Has anyone else had this problem?

I had never heard of them.  Certainly have no experience with them but if you read between the lines it appears to be a fairly new company with limited days of operation, hours, etc.  I suspect it is simply a delay in processing.  I doubt they have any sort of automatic order confirmation, etc.  I'd try them by phone until someone answers.

He is a one man shop- I have had good transactions with him in the past 6 months. But wears a lot of hats. Not excusing- just saying my experience was better.

Thanks everyone for the help.  Aaron Heizer reached out to me.  He is a stand-up guy.  He apologized for the delay and I will definitely recommend doing business with him!

I haven't ordered from him yet but I've read nothing but great reviews about him and his business.

I believe aaron and a couple others are at the tradeshow in prescott AZ, and they posted on their social media sites they have had much higher volumes of orders with the new product line.  I know when i order something from them it takes a bit to get here, but if it's a rush I'd contact them  prior to ordering to make sure it's do-able.

I ordered a template on Sunday, Feb 24, and received it in the mail on Thursday, Feb 28.  Nothing to complain about that!

They are amazing, Aaron and Janie run the place on their own plus help take care of their grandson and deal with out of state shows and events. 

i am a dedicated customer as they are dedicated providers.
