Willbury Report post Posted March 31, 2019 I'm wondering if anyone has come across a suspended edge guide for a LU-563 or an adapter to use one of the more generic ones. I've drilled and tapped the body on other machines to make edge guides work, but prefer not to go that route if it can be avoided. Anything out there people are using or have come across? shoepatcher Report post Posted March 31, 2019 You would have to find a flip down roller guide for a singer 111W155 which I do not know if they ever made one. Todays flip down guide will work but it means drilling and tapping I am afraid. glenn

Juki kept the same holes in the front & it doesn't have a roller, just a finger that comes down.
brmax Report post Posted April 1, 2019 Just sayin Thanks Bob! Now noticing this option on the front is a eye opener. These post sure give an opportunity for many of us. Good day Floyd

Willbury Report post Posted April 2, 2019 Just wanted to follow up with this thread. I was out a my friends shop today and mentioned the edge guide conundrum for the LU-563 and he pulled this out of his drawer and gave it to me. It uses a single existing hole on the backside of the 563 and is stabilized with the pin that holds the front dust cover closed. So these are out there. This one has the following stamped on it: FAE and then 99-116086-23 if that helps anyone find one

Wizcrafts Report post Posted April 3, 2019 It looks like that edge guide is for a Pfaff machine. I found this listing for it, but no picture. https://www.schmetzneedles.co.uk/99-116086-23-edge-guide-pfaff

There’s nothing else online I can find other than this link without a picture so hard to know for sure.
