Members coma44 Posted May 15, 2019 Members Report Posted May 15, 2019 Guy I work with has a seecamp and wanted a better pocket holster. Figured it's a super small gun and would be a good starting point to put some ideas into fruition. Here is the front showing the spring steel strip that I intend on trapping between layers. Also want to try some "buffed" leather for the outer layer to grip the pocket. Here is the back guessing I will have to mold the first layer to the mold gun then glue on the buffed to make the gun not print in the pocket. Quote
Members Dwight Posted May 15, 2019 Members Report Posted May 15, 2019 My guess is that the spring steel will make his pocket stand out, . . . let him try it without the steel, . . . I always make mine with the rough side out, . . . like you are doing The double stitched piece up front will hit the top of the pocket, . . . strips off the holster, . . . works perfect every time. Do a light molding of the gun, . . . then after it dries, . . . wiggle it hard back and forth to loosen it up, . . . May God bless, Dwight Quote
alpha2 Posted May 15, 2019 Report Posted May 15, 2019 If printing is an issue, you can do this... Quote

I made one for my S&W Bodyguard and keep it in my front pocket. Looks like a large square wallet or phone with no printing of the pistol at all! Gary Quote
