mikesc Report post Posted February 7, 2020 (edited) Rodney will be pleased.. Brits and anyone who knows about Fools and Horses..will get it.. Are you not worried that the knife may cut the stitches during use..or are the photos deceiving me, the welt is not apparent on the knife's edge side of the sheath in the photos ? mikesc Report post Posted February 8, 2020 (edited) Sorry for the delay Frodo..RL took over for a while..:) Couldn't see the welt on the photos that you posted before..still can't, even on your close up ( I thought you changed your camera a while ago for one with better definition ) ..But 3 layers means you have a welt.. hopefully on the "sharp side" / cutting side.. your "close up" isn't of the "sharp side"/ cutting side :) ..I was kinda surprised that it looked like you didn't ..which is why I mentioned it :) ps..What did you stitch it with ? The Chinese patcher that you posted about ? In which case nice straight lines there..from what most people who have bought them have posted here , they are not easy to control..Powered or hand-wheeled ? pps..I agree with MikeRock..that is one nice blade :) Edited February 8, 2020 by mikesc
