CampbellRandall Thanks for the reply. Does the stapler you mentioned leave a flat crown ? I am looking to make belt type of loops but want a flat crown when the staple is fixed in place. Thanks GrampaJoel

Thanks Luke Hatley. I have looked at a lot of staplers but have not found a Bostitch model P6. Lots of other Bostitch models though. Is the P-6 you mentioned a model out of producrion? Thanks

Hi, I'm looking to buy a stapler to use on leather and I am not sure of what brand or type to buy. Can anyone help? I plan to use it on making strap keepers and such. I prefer good quality tools. I am in the USA if that helps. Thanks GrampaJoel

Hello Dink. The machine I have is a Cobra class 4. I bought it from The Leather Machine Co. in Southern Ca. I can work the machine in a straight line or curves, but I need some tips/info on techniques. How to use the different attachments, etc... Thanks Joel

Hi everybody. I am new to this forum. I have done leather work off and on for quite a few years but have never (until Now) taken a serious interest. A few weeks ago I went off the deep end and bought a leather sewing machine, and now I need to learn how to use it. I have been looking all over the web, but I have had no luck so far. So if anyone has any idea where I can find instructional books or DVDs on the machine sewing methods I would appreciate your input. BTW, this is a great site! Thanks Joel
