    I love how good Springfield's people are. Anybody else would just ship it without the out of stock parts. They take the time to call and make sure they're treating you to your expectations. What more can you ask from an online vendor?

      Allen I had to call them the other day and talked with D'Ne', no that's not quite the punctuation marks but a sweet heart of a kid. I ordered Fiebings from them because of the way it was worded I thought it was watered based. I mix and match stuff all the time, and this said 'mix your own colors' whatever. Well you can only mix it with another spirit based, and she's sending me the two bottles of water-based for nothing. I offered to ship these back, but she said to ke...
