  1. That is what I get for scan reading while watching TV sorry about that..
  2. I would suggest a stitching pony/horse and not punching any holes until "after" all the actaul tooling etc... is done...Then even if it stretchs a bit it will be no biggy because you can trim it and poke holes as needed
  3. I like the design .....If you had a stitching wheel or some other spacing aid it would help your sewing a great deal.....One question I have is did you include a welt ?
  4. I have used Pecards for quite few years with good effect on old leather. They have several formulas depending on your needs..... http://www.pecard.com/
  5. Scroll through this thread and make sure you watch the vidoe link at the end. I found it pretty informative....Hopefully it will answer some of your questions.... http://leatherworker...showtopic=46025
  6. I really like the concept Almost running off the wallet ......pretty cool
  7. Very nice! What spacing did you use on the holes?
  8. That is very nice! Love the colors
  9. The over all shape came from a pattern....It was from the Classic 1911 Patterns 100th Anniversary Pack and it was the Frasier pattern with my own design modifications....
  10. Thank you and the edges where done with a plain old round slicker and a bit of saliva...I know that may sound a bit disgusting but it works in just a few minutes and can make a nice burnished edge quickly. I left this a bit rough on purpose he wanted an "rustic antique" look to the holster....
  11. Not my first holster but, I have only made five counting this one.... I am trying to get back into leather working a bit mainly as a hobby
