why does it dont work... pro oil black and a red drgon on it coloured with eco flo cover red ... and the red does not cover

Also, you usually want to dye the lighter color first. Red on top of black wouldn't really stand out, unless you use acrylic paint which will sit on top of the black, and even then you will probably want to paint a layer of white to prime it.

I have never seen a water base product successfully penetrate an oil base product.

fiebings pro oil was not an oil based colour! only alcohol inside, so it is alcohol based...

oil dye without oil??? hmmm and today i ordered 2 bottles of them... i will try it and seal with kiwi products, heard many good about them

hi i use Eco flo and what can i do to make it whaterproof? so that the skin dont take any color, and i dont want to use any acrylic finish. are fiebings oil dye waterproof? does any one know that? thanks folks

hi folks! i have to questions, the first one is how to geht nice edges. can color them with normal leather color? like eco flo waterstain and finish them with bee wax? and the second one what kind of knife did you use? i like the roundknife and the japanese knifes, like these one http://www.goodsjapan.jp/item/leathercraft-knives-sharpeners/kyoshin-elle-japanese-leatherc/lid=29748501 now i dont know what is better one... hope some one can tell me his experience
