  1. It does take a little while for them to activate your account. If it doesn't happen soon just send them an email and ask about it. There customer service is quite outstanding.
  2. Short timer here myself. On bracelets I would definitely go with the line 20 snaps. The magnets are good for closures on purses and such, but could see them becoming an issue on bracelets. Wouldn't take much to get it caught and pull it off.
  3. Lot of work to throw it in a pile for a paint brush slip. Excellent work
  4. I got to present these to the young lady yesterday and she was just full of smiles. There isn't much better feeling in the world than that. Sent me some nice pictures wearing them before a race last night.
  5. Thanks all. I am going to give them to the young lady today as a gift.
  6. This was my first attempt at a set of spur straps. I made these for a 12 year old young lady that is a barrel racer. Let me know what you think.
  7. I have a few rolls of the 1mm I bought direct from Abby England. It ended up being around $32.00 a roll with shipping and all. Actually received it 3 days after ordering. I have been using the Tandy stuff which I believe is 1.2 and the 1mm Tiger thread I cant tell much difference in size in my opinion. The Tiger thread is definitely 10 times the quality and is a dream to sew with. And note .2 mm is just short of .008 thousandths of an inch. Which is just over the thickness of 1 human hair.
  8. It will definitely be making a wallet. There are so many different sections and grain patterns to work with in this. Almost going to be hard to make that first cut. Almost being the key word.
  9. This piece measured out at 16 sq. ft. I would say it is somewhere between 2 to 4 oz. but will have to measure it to know exactly.
  10. Got this for an excellent price. Now question is what am I going to make. Suggestions??? Haven't worked with any exotics yet or done any inlays. I guess there is only one way to learn.
