I began braiding in 1976, making gear for my own horses and personal use. I progressed over time, while training and showing all around horses, to making the headstalls and bosals that I showed in, which soon became a side business. Married to a cowboy/trainer in 1982 (NRHA Res World CH) , we have raised two great kids, and now have 3 grandchildren! We specialize in reining horses now, from raising prospects to training aged event and weekend show horses, and have lived in our current location since 1998. I gave up my pro status and went full time as a saddlemaker, apprenticeship for 7 years, and back to my own shop in 2005, to current. I offer custom saddles, chaps, personal leather goods, and braided gear, and show a reiner now and then, for fun, in the non pro divisions.
