Well I am a transplanted Texan now living in Tennessee. On my piece out ground here I have some mighty tall oaks & I have at least 2 dozen long ropes. Also got a bottomless hole way ought back. If Texas catches em, truck em out here to me & I will take care of the rest. They won't steal anymore from them kiddos. Got no use for thieves, especially ones that will steal from kids.

I don't think I could get a good picture of the whole side as big as it is. And to get a close up it would just be black. I will try & see what happens.

I bought it here locally in state from American Saddlery in Chattanooga, Tn. & had them ship it to me cause I am about 70 miles from them. It is 5/6 oz. black pebble grain chap leather. I have no idea where they got it cause they buy leather in the train car loads. 29.1 ft..

Excellent work in my eye view. Just keep doing what you are doing.. And don't apologize for the prices you charge to make something. It takes a bit of time to do this kind of work. If someone don't want to pay your price tell them to go buy something mass produced from some foreign country that you don't compete with that kind of junk.

Look to be nice well built saddles to me. I have only rode for 45 + years now & I sure don't know everything there is to know about building saddles. But I do think I can spot a well built saddle when I see 1. I don't think you would go wrong with 1 of these saddles according to what you can see in the pictures.

Howdy ya'll, I have a 29.1 sq.ft. side of 5/6 oz. black pebble grain chap leather for sale. I was charged for 30 sq.ft. when I bought it. Never been cut, just been setting here for a couple of months now. Bought it to make a pair of motorcycle chaps for a big man & I should have got a deposit like normal but the 1 time I didn't he didn't show back up & won't answer or return my phone calls. Anyway I pd. $4.00 a ft. + shipping for it & would like to get my money back + shipping if possible. Many Thanks!

Don't laugh too hard but I went to Wally World, bought a roll of clear plastic window covering. It works great as a tracing film. I use alot on tracing chap & chink patterns.I just use a felt tip maker & I have a good outline. Just have to keep it pulled tight. So I just tape it down in several places over what I want to trace & go for it. It's alot cheaper than that HIGH $$ Tandy film. 1 roll will last you a very long time.It works good on tracing just about anything cause it's clear & you can see everything you are tracing easily.

The guitar straps I have made were made from 6/7 oz. & lined with 3/4 oz. lining leather or deer skin. Made this way you sure don't have to worry about them braking on the pickers since some of them get pretty wild with things. The straps are still plenty flexible even with the lining. Tex
