  1. And here is the link to Deco Cuir who distributes, at a good discount, Adece, and Regad, made in France, creasers. Adece is used by Hermes, and other luxury brands. You won't find a high end machine at a lower price shipped to your door. Scroll to the bottom of page for package deals. https://www.decocuir.com/en/collections/adece-fer-fileter-marquage-chaud If you want Regad, Deco Cuir sells those too. Scroll to bottom page. https://www.decocuir.com/en/collections/regad Add up the costs to see what your getting for your money. I spent a lot of time researching this topic and finally settled on the full Adece package. It's your decision, and I hope this helps you. You can call Deco Cuir there is usually someone there who speaks English. Good Luck! Mark

  3. What is the popular brand(s), type and grit of Grinding compounds for Round Knife, Skiving Knife, & Swivel Knife sharpening and polishing. Please specify grit or microns. People often say the Black stuff. But that doesn't necessarily indicate grit abrasion Thanks, Mark Clark
  4. Try these inks: https://leathermachineco.com/ https://www.cowboysew.com/products.htm https://www.tolindsewmach.com/ Call all and explain your needs. Your making a big investment which could conceivably last you a lifetime with a high quality machine. Personally, I talked to about 20 companies, most of which were manufacturers. Unfortunately, the $9,000 to $15,000 machines were out of my reach. Also, after also talking to a few saddle-makers they all had good things to say about the "Cobra" or Leather Machine Co line of machines. I finally settled on the Cobra Class 4. However, my needs my not be your needs. Good luck!

  6. I know this is a little late, but edge paint has a shelf life of about six months so don't buy more than you can use in six months.
  7. Has anyone used Spunlace ? What do you think ? Thanks, Mark Clark
