Hello all, I have a customer looking for a holster for a S&W performance center model 629 7.5" barrel. I have reached out to multiple sources including blueguns, duncans (which apparently got out of the gun mold game), and gun shops to try to locate deactivated firearms to use as a mold. I also reached out to S&W to see if they had any but they stated that they do not sell to individuals. I would like to do this project for the customer but I'm dead in the water if I can't find something to use as a mold. Any help would be appreciated! God Bless

Hi, I have a customer that wants me to build a Holster for a Kahr K-9 I don't have one nor any of my friends so that is out. I have never been asked about this gun before so buying a new dummy for it ($60.00 +) I would rather not do. (I have to many already hanging on the wall not pulling their weight!) lol!! He is not local so using his gun is not an option, he is a great customer so telling him "No" is a last resort. If anyone has a dummy I can Use, Rent, Borrow, Buy..... I have an order for a Glock 22, and needed a holster mold for it. Since I ordered my last gun from HolsterSmith.com, and got a good deal on the Blue Gun, I went back. They were out of Blue Gun, but had HolsterMolds brand, and it was 5-10 bucks cheaper. The downside at that point, was that the trigger guard was filled in. Not really too bad. But I received it last night, and discover that the ejection port is also filled in. The weight was very light, and the finished surface looked like it was done by child labor.

Hi all! I have a customer from another part of the country that wants a holster for his Desert Eagle (.50 cal.) After looking in all the usual online sales stores for a dummy, cannot find one. They don't seem to carry them (not a popular pistol for holsters!) lol!!! Is there a member here that may have one for sale or I could rent it from for a couple days?? I would pay the shipping both directions & however much you want for rent (or trade time borrowed if you need one I have, I have 70 dummy guns). Let me know, this is a good customer I have done other work for and need to see this through for him. Have to make two holsters for the above gun and was wondering if anyone knows someone who is making this at a reasonable price. I checked around and found that the dummy guns have increased in price to just under 50.00 dollars. I could handled the price when it was in the 30 to 40. But at 50 it sure puts a dent in the profit.
