Does anyone know if the Tandy hand presses use dies from other sources or do they only use Tandy dies? I need a 3/8 or 5/16 hole punch. I've talked to the people at the local Tandy store a couple of times, but they have no idea if a 3/8 punch is available that fits this.

I have a brand new Weaver Leather Heritage Foot Press and a full set of dies and adapters for it. I paid $1650 in 2015. Never used! I will take $1100 OBO. You pick-up or pay freight. Hello, I am making a few small cases that need to be riveted on the sides. The cases are pretty small so my rivet machine (the heritage foot press from Weaver) wont get into that small of a hole. It will work great for bigger bags - but these small things just wont fit. Anyone have a great tool idea or option for setting rivets inside small bags or pouches? I am using double capped rivets, but I guess it doesn't matter if the inside doesn't turn out pretty. Thanks!

I have the Tandy Hand Press, but there are times I need to set rivets in places that cannot be reached with this press. I also tend to use a thicker, stiffer leather, so I cannot bend it to make it fit underneath. Obviously, I can set them by hand, but is there something that exists that is "long-armed" or something? Sometimes there are a lot of rivets and I'd much prefer to use a press or something... Thanks in advance! M
