Nice work.   Where did you find the oil wick felt?

@Handstitched I think you're right about the water damage.  I have some maple butcher block table tops I got at an auction that I think I will use.

 

@Scoutmom103 The felt wick I used is McMaster Carr part number 8767K21.

This is beautiful work. I just got a Singer 211 that needs some work. Do you happen to have a 3D models of the mounting bracket and drive wheel and a model number for the motor you used? I'd be curious to see what the cost would be to replicate parts of what you've done. Thank you!

I installed a Sailrite Worker B motor on the back of my 211 for a short while. It got in the way of tilting the machine back for maintenance so, I ended up switching to a conventional servo.
