Had a guy message me about re-creating a holster that he has loved/used for many years. The holster is a Brauer H837 that fits his short barreled Colt Python and His Ruger GP100. His holster was now soft and pretty much worn out. 

He sent me some photos of the holster so I could know what he was wanting. I told him that I would gladly do this for him. He mailed me the holster to use for refrence. 

Here is the original holster and the one I made for him. I made a few subtle changes such as putting a border around the basketweave and using nickel hardware but overall I thinkn I stayed true to the original design.

Looks spot on to me! You did an excellent job replicating the original. Thanks for sharing.

+1.  The border really makes it pop!  definitely better than the original.  Much cleaner look.  Nice job!!
