Members Timmmm Posted December 6, 2024 Members Report Posted December 6, 2024 After buying an older Cobra Class4 and knowing nothing about the stand it needs or parts it may or may not have come with I got in touch with Leather Machine Co. I kinda begged for a schematic or parts list or some sort of drawing of the tabletop or ANYTHING to help me out here. I didn’t even know if the machine has everything as I’m new. LMC, I won’t say the man’s name on the web but, sent me EVERYTHING I asked for. A parts schematic with part numbers for ordering. A diagram of the tabletop with all the cutouts and holes. And also a diagram of the stand itself so I could understand what I am trying to build/simulate. As well as assurance that if I need more help to reach out to him, no problems. What a class act. I will be buying my first NEW machine directly from them. Customer service top notch …and I wasn’t even a customer. Nuff said. Quote

They are the first people and usually the last I see at any leather show. They come early to supply whatever machines are needed for classes at the shows besides being venders. They weren't in business yet when I bought my first machines, but were sure the only consideration when I bought the last three. BTW, Vincent is the king of sewing machine Jenga. While I was packing my booth he and a helper broke down the three machines and had the machine heads, stand parts, and parts boxes interlocked in the back seat of my truck with no rattling for 700 miles of rough highway. They help immediately and send any Parts needed are sent that day . The other company I bought a machine from you send an email or leave a message and they'll get back to you in a few days maybe Quote

It's good to hear when a Company does something well and you can have confidence in purchasing from them. What's really so impressive is that you got the help even though you didn't buy from them. Toledo industrial sales (advertiser on here) is certainly one of them . . . always good help when I needed it . . . or just asked for it. Tippmann industries (makes the Boss) is another one. I've taken my machine to them a couple of times . . . they clear off a work bench and ask me if I need any help bringing it in . . . "Sit it here" . . . is the instruction. I''m on my way home . . . fixed and happy . . . in usually 1/2 hour. May God bless, Dwight Quote

Techsew has also been helpful when I had issues with a used model 2700 I bought locally. Quote
