Minute and minute should not be spelled the same 

I am not content with this content

I need to read what I read again

And the funny part about it is I read the correct words in each sentence.

Related, and irritated a foreign co-worker of mine:

flammable and inflammable ... both mean "easily caught on fire."

Finally figured this one out several years ago.  Flammable, it burns, inflammable is nearly explosive.

You would call wood flammable, and solvents inflammable.

My step-son's wife used to teach ESL (English as a Second Language.) She was teaching her students about time. After going over the basics, she asked one student what time it was. He looked at his wrist watch, and with impeccable (but totally WRONG logic) proudly announced, "It is ten o'watch!"  :rofl:

I project this project will be done next month.

I was always glad I learned English first because to dive into this as ESL student would be a nightmare of memorization of tradition, not logical rules. Kinda like gallons and miles, compared to liters and meters. German is logical, Russian has rules, French and Spanish are easier if you've got some Latin background, but English makes it up as it goes along.
