Josh :birthday:

I think they look great. Looks like they hold the gun good. Find a gun show and show the sellers what you make it will work I'm sure.

holsters look good.

but i have one suggestion.

on the non pancake style holster i suggest that you cover more of the trigger area with the leather.

as you are looking at the holster, the left side of the open trigger area needs to overlap the trigger gaurd some.

it appears that the gun is not secure with the trigger gaurd exposed so much.

course this is just what i do on my holsters.

Dang, Josh! Well done!

The only thing I'd recommend is what one of the other posters mentioned--covering the trigger guard. Those Glocks have a great reputation for going boom when they're supposed to--they just don't always know when they're supposed to.

Hey Josh,

Looks great. I would have to agree with the thought of cover the trigger guard. The last thing you want is something or someone pulling the trigger while the gun is still holstered.

If you want to "dress it up a little" and make people think, put a strap around the middle with a snap on the outside. Makes it look like you have to unsnap it to get the gun out.

Do you wet form the holster to the gun when you are done?

You have done a great job and like always, you are looking for ways and ideas to improve your work.

Howdy Joe

Thanks for the input a lot of good ideas and tips thanks.

The holster is wet formed I like to call it soaped or gentle molded if seen in person it is heavly molded on the trigger side.

Thanks Joe take care

Hi Josh, great looking holster, but as it has been mentioned before.

Do not use it with anything like a Glock you will be asking for trouble and if its for sale there may be a liability issue too.

You can get away using these kinds of holsters on the 1911 single action guns and that is how they were made originally. If you look at pictures of the old Texas Rangers they would carry 1911s in these holsters and depending on what condition you would carry it is pretty safe . But nowadays even most carry 1911 holsters have the trigger covered too.
