You have elevated yourself from a Master leather craftsman to a superb master artist.....matter a fact you have now combined these two titles and will call your self from now on : Superman of all wallets!!

Very impressive and making a tutorial on top of it....wow...

Go and get your self a cold one and celebrate your new title!!

Love your wallets

Greetings

Howdy,

Brand new here, but this is an inspiring piece & while most have commented on the outside I like the inside, because you continue the theme without drawing away from the main focus.

This is also my first introduction to this type of work with leather & has opened my eyes to more possibilities.

Thank you for sharing,

David

Stunning. Love the layering composition and creative use of texture and stitching. Can you even sell such a piece, or are you just tempted to keep it as a show off item? :)

Thanks for the pictorial too! It's interesting to see how it all comes together.

Well, they're crummy cell phone pics. But I think it makes the finished pics look a lot better.

If I tried that, I'd have a finger or two sewn in there too......

What kind of machine?

Dave

I use a Juki DNU1541. I'd be lost without it.

Thanks, and you're welcome. Sometimes I hurt my head trying to figure out how to do what I have pictured in my head.

Sometimes I see people look at other pieces of work and respond by saying "i quit." I like your response much better. Thank you, David.

Thank you! I made this one to sell at the show I just attended in Vegas. It is the most expensive wallet i've ever made. It was the first thing that sold.

Thank you all for all the great words!

The second kick from a jackass is of no educational value.
