Members aguilerag Posted February 20, 2013 Members Report Posted February 20, 2013 Mike, that looks great. What type of color do you use and can you explain to me (<----- newb) the steps in coloring something like that? Quote
Moderator immiketoo Posted February 20, 2013 Author Moderator Report Posted February 20, 2013 Thanks everyone! Aguilerag, It's much more simple than it looks. I used Fiebings spirit dye oxblood, green and yellow full strength then used eco flow briar brown hi-lite over the top of it. I applied it with a paintbrush and I did full strength yellow with a dry brush green for the stems. Quote Learnleather.com
Members cowboy bowhunter Posted February 20, 2013 Members Report Posted February 20, 2013 Looks great. At first i was wondering where the rest was then saw it was your practice before doing the big one. Quote
Moderator immiketoo Posted February 20, 2013 Author Moderator Report Posted February 20, 2013 Actually, its a partial practice AFTER doing the full size one. I had some technique I needed to practice on the upper half. Quote Learnleather.com
