Members joshua3 Posted August 27, 2014 Members Report Posted August 27, 2014 Hi, Blue Duck I beleive Tom drew the pattern using computer drawing / cad program. The easiest way to put hand drawed template into computer format would be to scan patterns with computer scanner (digitizer) I beleive. I'm sure Tom will explain you from first hand Regards, J. Quote

King's X Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Very nice of you to make and share your pattern. My youngest just asked for a similar bag for school. Thanks again! Quote Greetings from Central Texas! The Grain Side Up blog #TheGrainSideUp

Members tboyce Posted August 29, 2014 Author Members Report Posted August 29, 2014 Realm13, Dee shields are for placing Dee Rings onto the sides of the gusset (for the shoulder straps) and for attaching the handle to the top of the bag. Similar to what is shown here: Quote
Members Realm13 Posted August 29, 2014 Members Report Posted August 29, 2014 Thanks for responding. I figured as much but the shape threw me off. Thanks for clearing it up for me though. Can't wait to see some finished work. Quote
