Hi Everyone... Here is a belt bag I just made for client on Etsy. It is tooled, dyed and sewn my hand...

Very nice. I really like the antler closure.

The color contrast between the edge and background of the carving gives the bag a very rich look, nicely done! Me like.

I love the celtic dog theme. Fun bag!

Looks great! Everything works well with the theme, including the stitching.

Just curious - what did you use for the stitching?

Thanks everyone. I am only allowed to show two photo's-wish I could show more. Bob-the interior flap is lined with glue-in pigskin suede, so edges of it need to be sewn down to prevent it lifting. I use artificial sinew for thread. Try to get as much wax off thread as possible, as it transfers so easily to suede. I just got my Cobra-4P so hoping to start machine sewing the perimeters instead....

I would love to see more photos. Looks like the front under the flap is made from 3 separate pieces of leather.
