Members KMMay Posted February 3, 2016 Members Report Posted February 3, 2016 First time post, I have been tooling for three years in my spare time. I have enjoyed this site for information and helpful tips. The leather is Wicket & Craig 8-9 oz. and finished with Sheridan Brown antique and Wyo Sheen. All comments welcome. Quote
Members jtweatherford Posted February 3, 2016 Members Report Posted February 3, 2016 Wow! That is nicely done. The only thing I would suggest is to dead end your lines at the edge of your makers stamp. Don't have the lines go through the makers stamp. Overall, nicely done. Great work! Quote

Members Halitech Posted February 4, 2016 Members Report Posted February 4, 2016 I agree with the rest, beautiful work. Only 2 minor things is on the bible cover, I'd move your makers mark down almost into the corner between the leaf and the spine piece and as jt said, don't go through your makers mark, stop at the edge. Members Wild Bill46 Posted February 7, 2016 Members Report Posted February 7, 2016 I think your Bible cover is mostly a well thought out project, But, as others have mentioned, and would tend to agree, the placement of your makers mark is only a minor discrepincy, Other than that, I think its its great too ! --- Wild Bill46 Quote
