Now that made me laugh out loud

Thank you, Mjolnir, and Good Morning new day.

No longer following it.

Made my day! I'll bet it just glided through that meat! (If you stropped it properly).

So much leather...so little time.

ROFL!  Thanks for getting my day started with a laugh.  I wonder, does perfectly normal beast really require sauce?

Thank you all for enjoying that meal with me. To answer your question Bill, no, but the answer is subjective.

Umami

Umami, a savory taste, is one of the five basic tastes (together with sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and saltiness). A loanword from the Japanese, umami can be translated as "pleasant savory taste". This particular writing was chosen by Professor Kikunae Ikeda from umai "delicious" and mi "taste". The kanji 旨味 are used for a more general sense of a food as delicious.

This is my personal view on it. That pork had marinated in a sweet Tariyaki. Seasoned with Pink himalayan sea salt, black tellicherry peppercorn. Blackend seasoning, the sauce added sour. The pricking iron rust added the perfect amount of bitter! Total fireworks!

Nope. But an interesting factoid is that my Bama (grandmother) was his cousin.

PS Don't judge me.

Heineken keg.

PS A sentence that sums up a story is called a ' Purple Patch'. A song that is stuck in your mind is called an ' Ear Worm'.
