Members Firewalker Posted March 13, 2019 Members Report Posted March 13, 2019 This was the first belt I stitched on the CB3200. Had to move the keeper closer than expected to stay off the letters when in center hole. Overall I like it. He was pretty dang excited about it. Cheers all! Rockoboy Posted March 13, 2019 Report Posted March 13, 2019 Very nice job. I like the attention to detail, like the stitching on the keeper that matches the belt. Is it one layer, stitching for show? I used natural bobbin thread to blend in. I appreciate the comment. Quote Follow me here ---> https://www.instagram.com/campbell_leatherworks/
Members SilverForgeStudio Posted March 13, 2019 Members Report Posted March 13, 2019 Cool work- looks crisp! What is 12/3 if you dont mind me asking- a 12 oz with a 3 oz backing? Quote

It may be a little heavy for some but it worked out in this case. 5 hours ago, Smartee said: Looks great! love the contrast! Thank you! Members Caesar Posted March 16, 2019 Members Report Posted March 16, 2019 Looks great! I stitch belts all the time on my 3200. Love it. I'm sure your son is very appreciative of your beautiful work. Quote
bikermutt07 Posted March 16, 2019 Report Posted March 16, 2019 Nice. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
